Building better education products at the intersection of content, learning, AI, technology and customer needs.

EdTech product leader with 12+ years across educational publishing, product strategy and customer-facing education businesses — with hands-on work in digital learning, AI-enabled workflows and rapid product prototyping.

What I bring

One profile. Five connected capabilities.

My work sits where product decisions meet educational content and learner experience. Technology is the means; learning and product outcomes are the focus.

Design approach

From educational content to digital experience.

Educational content does not become a good digital product simply by moving it onto a screen. I start with the learning goal, define how learning will be assessed, then choose the interaction, AI workflow and delivery technology that make the experience useful, scalable and measurable.

Selected work

Digital learning experiments with a product lens.

A collection of working prototypes exploring learning experience design, AI-assisted content production and LMS delivery — from learner interaction to assessment evidence.

How I think

Technology should serve the learning goal.

Start with the objective

Define what the learner should understand or be able to do before choosing a digital interaction.

Make the interaction meaningful

A diagram, scenario, audio experience or game should earn its place by improving the learning experience.

Design for action

Learners should make decisions, interpret information, practise and receive useful feedback.

Use AI as a system

AI can accelerate research, drafting and transformation when inputs, review gates and outputs are deliberately designed.

Design for delivery

A learning experience is not finished when it works in a browser; it should be deliverable, trackable and useful inside the learning ecosystem.

About

Product experience grounded in education.

I am an EdTech product leader with 12+ years of experience across educational publishing, product management and customer-facing education businesses.

My experience includes product strategy, roadmap development, customer research, adoption, operations, team leadership and regional product ownership. I am now particularly interested in how educational content can evolve into stronger digital learning experiences — and how AI can reshape the workflows behind them.

This portfolio documents that exploration through working prototypes across language learning, multimedia, interactive reading, gamification, science, social studies and AI-assisted content production.
